Nio is set to roll out its one-millionth vehicle within days, marking a major milestone for the Chinese EV maker just 11 years after its founding. In an internal letter, founder and CEO William Li credited user support as the company’s core strength and reaffirmed Nio’s commitment to user-centric innovation. The company delivered a record 48,135 vehicles in December, bringing 2025 deliveries to 326,028 units, up nearly 47% year-on-year. Li predicted China’s NEV penetration will exceed 90% by 2030, led by BEVs. Nio will expand battery swap infrastructure and use its Firefly brand to enter 40 overseas markets by 2026.
