Boss Zhipin, China‘s largest online recruitment platform, issued 30 million new class A ordinary shares in Hong Kong on Wednesday, its first public fundraising there since dual primary listing in December 2022. Aimed at boosting financial flexibility and liquidity, the offering may raise up to HK$2.26 billion (US$288 million). The maximum issue price of HK$78 per share is a 14.04% premium to Tuesday’s closing price of HK$68.40.
