Nio’s premium compact EV brand Firefly began its first European deliveries on August 14 in Norway and the Netherlands, marking its official overseas rollout. It plans to enter six more European countries this year and expand further. Launched in Dec 2024 to rival Mini and Smart, Firefly started Chinese deliveries in late April, hitting 10,000 deliveries by July 26 (10,209 by July-end). It scored well in China‘s C-IASI safety tests. Nio co-founder Qin Lihong said it will enter ~20 overseas markets by year-end, with right-hand drive versions ready by Oct.
蔚来旗下高端紧凑型电动车品牌萤火虫于 8 月 14 日在挪威和荷兰开启首批欧洲交付，标志着其正式进入海外市场。该品牌计划今年再进入六个欧洲国家，并进一步拓展。萤火虫于 2024 年 12 月推出，旨在与 Mini 和 Smart 竞争，4 月底开始在华交付，7 月 26 日交付量达 1 万辆（截至 7 月底累计 10209 辆）。其在我国 C-IASI 安全测试中表现优异。蔚来联合创始人秦力洪表示，萤火虫年底前将进入约 20 个海外市场，右舵版最迟 10 月就绪。
