Hong Kong singer Eason Chan has bought a luxury home in Shouson Hill for HK$182.53 million (US$23.29 million). The 2,801-square-foot property has four rooms and a garden. Official records show the deal was registered on Wednesday. Chan rose to fame after winning the 1995 New Talent Singing Awards and later signed with Capital Artists. His purchase follows another celebrity deal, as Taiwanese singer and actor Richie Jen recently bought a four-bedroom luxury flat in Repulse Bay for HK$68.8 million, highlighting strong demand for high-end homes among celebrities.
