Chapter 248 The Dove and the Crow（鸽子和乌鸦）

A DOVE shut up in a cage was boasting of the large number of young ones which she had hatched. —
一只鸽子被关在笼子里，自吹她孵出了很多小鸟。 —

A Crow hearing her, said: —
一只乌鸦听到后说道： —

“My good friend, cease from this unseasonable boasting. —
“亲友，请停止这不合时宜的自夸。 —

The larger the number of your family, the greater your cause of sorrow, in seeing them shut up in this prison-house.”
